Privacy Policy
Last updated: February 5, 2026
Effective Date: 5 February 2026
Welcome to One2X's product (the "Service"). We value your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, store, and protect your personal information when you use the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information to provide, improve, and secure the Service. The categories of information we may collect include:
1.1 Information You Provide
- Account Information: When you create an account, we may collect information such as your name, email address, username, profile photo, and other profile details you choose to provide.
- Content You Submit: We collect the content you provide when using the Service, such as text, prompts, files, images, audio, video, or other materials, and the corresponding outputs generated by the Service ("Inputs and Outputs"). To enable you to upload and create content, we may request access to your device's camera, microphone, and photo library. We only access these features when you choose to use them, and we do not collect or store this data beyond what you explicitly submit.
- Support Communications: If you contact us, we may collect the information you provide in your messages, including attachments and troubleshooting details.
1.2 Payment and Subscription Information
- Apple In-App Purchase (IAP): If you subscribe or purchase through Apple IAP on iOS, Apple processes your payment information. We do not receive or store your full payment card number. We may receive transaction-related information such as subscription status, product identifiers, and purchase timestamps to provide the Service and customer support.
- Other Payment Methods (if applicable): If you purchase through other payment methods on supported platforms, payment may be processed by third-party payment processors. In such cases, we may receive limited billing-related information (e.g., billing status, last four digits, payment method type, invoicing details) as necessary to provide the Service and support, but we do not intend to collect or store full card numbers unless strictly required for processing and permitted by law.
1.3 Usage Data
- Service Usage: We collect information about how you use the Service, such as feature usage, interactions, pages/screens viewed, actions taken, session duration, and performance metrics. This helps us operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
1.4 Device and Technical Data
- Device Information: We may collect device type, operating system, app version, language settings, time zone, and similar information.
- Identifiers & Network Data: We may collect IP address and device identifiers as needed for security, fraud prevention, and service functionality.
- Crash Logs & Diagnostics: We may collect crash reports and diagnostic data to identify and fix bugs and improve stability.
1.5 Cookies, SDKs, and Similar Technologies
- Depending on the platform, we may use cookies (web), SDKs (mobile), and similar technologies to operate the Service, remember preferences, analyze usage, and improve performance. For mobile apps, these technologies are typically implemented via SDKs rather than browser cookies.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Provide and Operate the Service: To create and manage accounts, deliver features, process requests, and provide customer support.
- Improve and Maintain the Service: To troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, improve user experience, and develop new features.
- Communicate with You: To send service-related notices (e.g., security alerts, updates), push notifications, respond to inquiries, and—where permitted—send marketing communications. You can manage push notification preferences in your device settings and opt out of marketing messages at any time.
- Process Purchases and Subscriptions: To verify subscription status, provide access to paid features, handle billing support, and comply with financial record-keeping obligations.
- Security and Fraud Prevention: To protect our users and the Service, detect abuse, and enforce our terms and policies.
- Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, and lawful requests.
3. Using Inputs and Outputs to Improve the Service
We may use certain Inputs and Outputs to improve the Service (including model quality, safety, and reliability) only under the following principles:
- Choice & Control: Where required or appropriate, we will request your consent to use your Inputs and Outputs for improvement purposes. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at support@one2x.ai.
- No Core Feature Locking: Declining or withdrawing this permission will not prevent you from using the Service's core functionality. However, it may limit certain optional experiences (e.g., personalization, product experiments, or tailored improvements).
- De-identification and Protection: When using data for improvement, we apply reasonable security measures and may de-identify or anonymize information where feasible to reduce privacy risks.
4. Sharing Your Information
We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: We may share information with trusted third-party vendors that help us operate the Service (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, customer support tools, payment processors). These providers are required to protect your information and use it only to provide services to us.
- Legal and Safety: We may disclose information if required by law, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with legal processes, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud, or enforce our terms.
- Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security measures.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your country of residence, including where our servers or service providers operate. We take steps designed to ensure appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers as required by applicable law.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access and Correction: Request access to and correction of your personal information.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal obligations and legitimate business needs.
- Data Portability: Request a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used format.
- Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on consent (e.g., optional improvement use, marketing in certain regions), you may withdraw consent at any time.
- Marketing Opt-Out: Opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us.
To exercise these rights, please contact us at support@one2x.ai.
8. Account Deletion
If you created an account, you can request deletion of your account and associated personal information:
- In-App Deletion (where available): Open the app and go to User Profile → Account → Delete Account, then follow the instructions.
- By Email: If you cannot access the app or need additional assistance, contact us at support@one2x.ai.
We may retain certain information as required by law (e.g., tax, accounting, or compliance obligations) or for security and fraud prevention.
9. Retention of Data
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Typical retention periods may include:
- Account Data: Retained while your account is active; deleted or de-identified within a reasonable period after account deletion, unless legally required to retain.
- Usage Logs & Diagnostics: Typically retained for a limited period (e.g., up to 12 months) to maintain and improve the Service, unless needed longer for security investigations.
- Billing Records: Retained as required by applicable tax/accounting laws.
10. Tracking, Advertising, and App Permissions
- Analytics: We may use analytics tools to understand how users interact with the Service and to improve performance.
- Personalization: We may personalize content and features based on your usage and preferences.
- App Tracking Transparency (ATT): If we (or our partners) engage in "tracking" as defined by Apple for cross-app or cross-company advertising purposes, we will request your permission through Apple's AppTrackingTransparency framework on iOS. You can choose whether to allow tracking, and you can change your choice at any time in your device settings. Declining tracking permission will not prevent you from using the Service's core functionality.
11. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the Effective Date above. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice as required by law.
